Support e-Commerce Director with relevant financial analysis on the multi-division level including construction of the P&L scenarios for Multi-Division e-Commerce Clients, as well as recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
Prepare the guidelines for e-Commerce finance to ensure correct reporting at the Division level.
Manage cross-divisional projects in the field of commercial finance (transformation and centralization of tasks)
Prepare and oversee of the corporate and digital budgets, anticipating risks and opportunities.
Review the monthly business performance and provide strategic and financial action plans partnering with the Digital Managers.
Management of the spending to be aligned with the budget and analyze the effectiveness of the spending to maximize the return on investment.
Undertaking all cost analyses in order to detect risks and propose the actions required to maintain budgetary objectives.
Daily monitoring of administrative processes behind marketing expenses (PO creation, appropriate classification).
Play an active role as a Business Partner for the Corporate Marketing & Digital Population.
