What are key highlights of this role?
The Field Training Manager SkinCeuticals is accountable for educating clients on brand knowledge, science, clinical studies, products, professional treatments, consultations, and sales techniques. Based on a 3 tier approach: 1. Top customers (x90) in clinic 2. Academy focusing on new accounts 3. Online Refresher training for remaining customer database. Reporting to the Omni-Channel Education & Strategic Partnership Manager, the Field Training Manager executes a strong training programme that meets with the brand representation and guidelines. With the delivery of regular academy training sessions, regional trainings and individual in clinic training sessions she/he is covering all aspects required to build revenue that supports the business and the existing SkinCeuticals training programme.
Furthermore, the development of a close and supporting collaboration with the Sales Team, the role of Field Training Manager will also require autonomy and organisation in all areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution and delivery of Academy education for all accounts
- Implementation of Regional education courses for key brand initiatives and launches
- Travel to top 90 accounts to execute in clinic education
- Collaborate with the BDMs to identify needs or define objectives and opportunities
- Identify needs and client requirements within account training sessions
- Keep an eye on competition and report qualitative feedback from the field
- Enter and update training database on client and prospect information
- Working with the Digital Education consult to ensure online content is up to date and relevant to Brand objectives
Professional & Technical competencies
- Embody brand identity and know the professional medical aesthetic universe
- Update regularly about new medical aesthetics treatment procedures within the industry and feedback to the line manager
- NVQ LVL 3+ ‘in beauty’
- Feedback to the Omni Channel Education & Strategic Partnership Manager, RSM’s & BDMs to help develop a training strategy for territory that is relevant for the business in UKI
- Create a strong and trustworthy relationship with the account’s key contact person such as clinic manager, training manager and head healthcare professional / medical director
- Drive business through ongoing training classes with current campaigns such as new science and innovation, product launches or renovation, as well as generic brand & product training
- Provide regular training by academy training, regional training and in-clinic training to increase the necessity to order SkinCeuticals Professional products
- Provide tailored follow-up training sessions to reassure the staff’s knowledge and motivation of each customer
- Role model SkinCeuticals consultation skills to secure the customer service expertise and advise all consumers in the best way
