YOUR FUTURE TEAM
The IT O+O Europe E-commerce and Content team is in charge of delivering E-commerce experience for L'Oréal's European customers across nearly 300 websites. We blend cutting-edge technology with strategic e-commerce and content expertise to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey across all our digital platforms. Passionate about driving business growth, our collaborative team is dedicated to making L'Oréal's diverse portfolio of brands shine online.
What a day in your future job looks like:
- Drive technical Roadmap: Guide D2C and B2B program managers through their roadmap, understanding their pain points and translating them into robust Salesforce solutions.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Architect end-to-end solutions encompassing business process analysis, system design, configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Project Leadership: Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong command of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, including core functionality and integration points.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal ecosystem stakeholders, cultivating trust and confidence in your expertise. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, presenting complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Continuous Improvement: Define how we can stay on top of our game in terms of architecture by driving and designing all technical optimization to our platforms
The main challenges that you will meet in your new role would be:
- Be the technical lighthouse for the D2C and B2B Ecommerce in Europe
- Challenge our vendors and partners to defend IT O+O Europe’s interest

You’ll stand out if:
- Proven Experience: 3-4 years minimum of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar consulting role, with a demonstrated track record of successful enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Problem-Solving Acumen: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business challenges and architect creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication Prowess: Possess good communication (written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Thrive in a team-oriented environment, actively collaborating with colleagues, clients, and partners to drive successful outcomes.
- Passion for Technology: Be genuinely passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem and its ability to transform businesses. Possess a strong desire to continuously learn and expand your skillset.
