What You Will Do:

The Financial Systems Head for North America is responsible for successful delivery of business solutions in the Finance space of L’Oréal.

The ideal candidate will ensure a close relationship with key stakeholders, including the CFO for North America, and will oversee a team with highly skilled professionals to deliver the Finance transformation roadmap in L’Oréal.

You will be responsible for partnering with the business to drive long term and strategic value through key investments in technology specifically in the Finance space of L’Oréal.

  • This position is responsible for successful delivery of business solutions. Requires good understanding of financial processes and SAP FICO module.
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Finance (Accounting Policies/ Procedures).
  • Lead process design sessions with Business teams.
  • Plan, Manage and Execute as a Leader in client-facing engagements.
  • Lead blueprinting and design workshops.
  • Able to Design, Build and Optimize solutions based on SAP
  • Help Plan Financial Systems - Roadmap and Execute 
  • Collaborate on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver business solutions.
  • Define and update Solution Roadmaps, Architecture documents, etc.
  • Help transition delivered solutions to the Support/Services organization with attention to quality.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues and partners.
  • Lead the team to plan, organize, control, and support the financial organization 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in SAP FI & Finance Systems with good knowledge of SAP Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report process, SAP Add On – Viz: Taxware, High Radius, Paymetric.
  • Ability to lead projects with cross functional team, External Resource Management, Teamwork, Commitment Project Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage business users independently, be self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Ability to embrace new technologies in a constant evolving environment is a must
  • Minimal travel is required.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in an office environment, minimum of 3 days per week. (Fully Remote work not offered)
