What You Will Do: 

The Director, Commercial Projects Integrator will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing complex commercial transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with L'Oréal's overall strategic objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of L'Oréal's diverse brands, divisions, and "métiers" (areas of expertise) coupled with strong project management skills and a proven track record in sales, ideally within the retail sector. The Director will be responsible for navigating the complexities of transformation projects across system implementation, planning & ways or working processes involving/focused against SAP upgrade, Trade Investment, Trade Segmentation, Business Planning, etc. This role will be instrumental in developing and optimizing the ways of working across all teams fostering strong communication and follow up across the organization. 

 

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale commercial transformation projects, including NEO implementations of local adaptations and business cutover plan, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet defined objectives. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various internal teams across different divisions and métiers to ensure alignment and seamless project execution. Build strong relationships and effectively communicate project requirements, timelines, and dependencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ways of Working Development: Play a key role in developing and optimizing ways of working across teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement. This includes gathering feedback from stakeholders, facilitating peer-to-peer meetings, implementing best practices, and monitoring program effectiveness.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ensure project transparency and stakeholder buy-in through effective communication with all levels of the organization, including top leadership. Skillfully create and deliver strategic presentations to inform and engage stakeholders in meaningful dialogue. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and resilience when navigating complex situations.

 

What We Are Looking For: 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7+ Years of Experience
  • CPG Industry experience across multiple disciplines (sales, account management, commercial finance, project management, etc)
  • Technical Skills (i.e., SAP, MS Office, etc.)
  • Role requires physical in-office presence (3x per week) and ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Additional Benefits Information As Follows: 

Salary Range: $138K-$200K (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
