What You Will Learn:
- Partner with the Zone Treasury and IT Teams, to ensure that the treasury team have effective, appropriate, up to date, reliable and secure systems to support all operations.
- Oversee system updates and upgrades.
- Continually seek improvements in the treasury systems to maximize straight through processing, automate reporting and minimize manual intervention.
- Lead treasury systems development, optimization and implementation and influence the future direction of the systems.
- Administer bank and treasury platforms
- Provide or facilitate treasury team trainings for the use of the systems.
- Provide project management support for business projects (Group and local projects).
- Analyze the needs and "business" issues of Treasury Team and other departments that interact with Treasury
- Act as the point of contact in Treasury for all non-Treasury Group and local projects to ensure Treasury business needs are considered in the assessments
- Ensure the functional translation of business needs (specifications, processes, functionalities, data, etc.)Follow tests and application acceptance and support users in the change.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
· Advanced Degree, MS/MBA/MA required
· 7-10 years treasury expertise
· 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing or Business Management in a rapidly growing business
· Good knowledge of treasury systems and technologies
· Good treasury systems experience and proven track record of IT project management, implementing treasury systems and managing upgrades and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
· Project planning and implementation experience preferred.
· Treasury operational and analytical experience.
