The Dermatological Beauty Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.
As a Digital Manager you will:
- Build a digital data ecosystem (1st, 2nd, 3rd party data context)
- Leadership in data digital projects implementation for managed brands
- Manage data, monitor the effectiveness analysis
- Strategize Ratings & Reviews approach (incl. e-retailers) and database activation given by the brand
- Be in charge of CRM management – database acquisition (lead generation) and activation loyalty
- Drive consumer CRM strategy and execution for campaign activity working closely with partner agencies
- Support marketing to develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for online touchpoints: campaigns, social media, CRM, services, online retail, etc.
- Manage the relationship with Digital agencies (focus in CRM and data)
- Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement
- Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to improve online consumer journey/path to purchase and develop new initiatives to drive online purchases and consumer experience
- Create conclusions and insights based on digital data
- Manage online consumer profile generation: e-retailer data/ websites/ Google Analytics
- Maintain an understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities
- Cross cooperation with Marketing, Business Development and Medical & Education teams inside the company as well as drive digital upgrade
You’re the perfect match if:
You have at least 3-4 years of experience in Digital within agency / media house or inhouse, where power brands are part of your everyday work and leadership within complex environments consisting of variety distribution channels.
Further more, you:
- Have great knowledge of digital landscape, trends and network
- Have experience in working with digital tools like: Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics 360 and others
- Have proven track of digital transformation within companies
- Have practical experience in managing cooperation with media houses / agencies / stakeholders
- Great leadership ability and natural ways of inspiring your environment
- Are analytic and detail-oriented professional
- Are Fluent in English & Polish
- Are pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results
- Have great communication skills – ease in establishing network
- Have experiance in SEM/SEO
