Job Summary:

In this role, you will have a strong commitment to customer service and have experience delivering results. The Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Assure CS processes and procedures are implemented and used effectively by the team
  • Support for day-to-day operations
  • First point of contact for agent questions specific to customer inquiries and concerns; first line of escalation
  • Motivate and drive performance with the team – achieve goals and service levels
  • Provide operational floor support to ensure that the department is run efficiently and effectively
  • Analyze and review performance information with management in order to help identify training needs and/or department improvements
  • Assist with schedule management and creation
  • New Hire Training for department representatives
  • Communication with other internal departments effectively as needed
  • Lead by example and keep your knowledge up to date by regularly taking calls/contacts as needed
  • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekends and/or Holidays

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a call center environment in a team lead role (or retail experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and desire to provide excellent customer-service to all customers
  • Awareness of the industry/business to be able to recognize business opportunities
  • Encompass an upbeat and positive attitude
  • Cosmetics/Skincare industry experience a plus
