Key Job Accountabilities:
To guarantee, within the framework of the objectives defined by the General Management, the economic balance of the entity through the various functions under responsibility.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to the business
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage customer contracts, and optimize client profitability
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's commercial objectives and long-term goals
- Analyze market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights to key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Be a team player: contribute to the growth and development of the commercial finance team as well as the wider stakeholders

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
· At least 5 years of experience in Controlling/ FP&A
· Experience within the retail sector is highly valued
· Analytical mind, solid financial knowledge of full P&L and management experience are essential
· Strong leadership as co-pilot of BU
· Soft skills for multiple stakeholder management
· Well versed with working at a multi-cultural, global organization with a matrix structure
· Proficient in PC application SAP preferred, excellent in Excel
