Chief Digital Officer (m/f) for our Professional Products Division

YOUR ROLE:

 

Position of a Chief Digital Officer requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

 

  • Mapping local consumer decision journey for categories and Brands
  • Designing a dynamic editorial calendar that delivers compelling content across all digital platforms.
  • Adapting global digital and media Brand strategies to resonate with the local market characteristics and consumer preferences.
  • Monitoring digital performance and consumer engagement and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of emerging digital trends and opportunities in consumer interactions and inspiring teams to embrace new possibilities.
  • Overseeing owned platforms, ensuring optimal tagging, SEO and user experience
  • Leveraging a variety of digital marketing techniques, including content marketing, social media, and event amplification, to build and engage target audiences.
  • Overseeing the implementation of CRM strategies and data management to personalize consumer experiences
  • Providing tailored content and asset management to optimize e-commerce performance.
  • Building a strong partnership with Digital Technology teams to enhance services and drive innovation

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

 

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Strong experience in leadership roles (5+ years) 
  • Maintains a shopper-centric approach
  • Is data driven and has great analytical and strategic skills 
  • Has strong interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Can master analytics and attribution modeling
  • Strong skills in media planning, able to optimize omnimedia investments & ROI
  • Can leverage precision advertising
  • Has an ability to negotiate and collaborate
  • Is agile, efficient and demonstrates decisive decision making
  • Has digital knowledge and deep technical, and management skills
  • Can scale consumers and influencers engagement
  • Can masters digital marketing tactics
  • Has strong computer skills (MS Office) 
  • Is fluent in English and Croatian language
