Responsibilities:

- Creates Category Growth strategies to be used for internal planning and engaging with our customers
- Publishes and updates Qtly selling decks to the local markets. The deck aims to sell the Category potential but also L’Oreal and our brands as the key partner
- Work closely with CMI (Consumer Market Intelligence) to gain market data update, category trend, shopper insight
- Work closely with RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Manager to ensure close links between Category Growth Strategies and RGM
- Lead Category project with key customer by working closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales team to ensure the successful implementation
Qualification, Knowledge, Experience Required:
- MBA or any related fields
- 5+ Yrs experience in Category Management and/or Trade Marketing
- Mixed experience in Sales/Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Revenue Growth Management
- Strong Analytical skills
- Fluent in English communication
