Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by planning & implementing engaging promotional plans to achieve monthly targets, as well as improving traffic (organic and paid) and conversion rate
  • Create a 3-month rolling promo plan and align promotion with brand and other platforms to ensure that the promotional date and offering is not in conflict to each other
  • Drive EBTQ key selling points of differentiation: exclusive service, more for members, seamless customer experience with e-Boutique lead
  • Be the voice for prioritizing e-boutique in discussions such as stock allocations, pre-launches, exclusives and event
  • Ensure synchronisation between CRM, brand marketing, promotion 
  • Manage the minoration/promotion budget
  • Collaborate with Brand to ensure customers have an optimal journey in terms of brand presence with clear and consistent communications on the brand story, assortment, commercial offers. (reduce bounce rate and drop off rate, increase conversion rate)
  • Website analytics: Monitor the website’s performance (sales, traffic, conversion, bounce rate) using Google Analytics and recommend website optimization plan to uplift consumer experience, improve conversion rate by identifying opportunities for growth
  • Analyze weekly and monthly reports (sales, traffic, conversion, bounce, sales) to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
  • Keeping track of competitors’ movement and recommend action plan for brands to counteract
  • Ensuring smooth operations between e-distributor and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the sales forecast and stock management to ensure ATP of 100% is maintained, collaborate with e-operations executive and e-distributor to ensure complete delivery and list of goods
  • Assist on web projects from time to time, eg: NGL migration or BACC
  • Coordinate with Customer Advocacy Department (CAD) and Brand on both internal and external issues related to customer complaints to ensure cases are managed in a timely manner with an effective solution. Maintain NPS. Contact heavy detractor for e-Boutique
  • Bachelor degree or higher in any related field of business
  • At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce and manage own
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills 
  • Can do attitude with multi-tasking skills, and flexibility 
  • be able to work in complex and fast-paced environment 
  • Good command of English in speaking and written 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
