Responsibilities
1、Manage store sales : design holistic plan for normal days/campaigns to deliver business target
2、Lead execution & cross functional communication:lead plan execution in collaboration with cross functional teams including Buycoor operation team/TMK/Training/Retail/Live-streaming etc.
3、Monitor store performance: closely monitor daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and make necessary adjustments based on sales performance
4、Analyze data & summarize insights:analyze data, find insights & proactively make changes based on data
Qualifications
1、5 years + experience in E-commerce
2、Solid knowledge on EC Store operation
3、Proven experience in placing holistic business strategy including product/traffic/marketing activation/UIUX etc.
4、Experience in new EC channels is a plus : Wechat,O+O channels etc.
5、Able to work in English
