ADVOCACY AMERICAN BRANDS
We look for ADVOCACY MANAGERS who are responsible for supporting Redken and Matrix brands image and equity, boosting advocacy content in line with brand strategy across many different touchpoints such as: influencer marketing, PR & media relations, professional advocacy - the heart of the brands with each task, project, and relationship he or she develops.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing, planning, designing, leading or/and supporting Advocacy activities (influencer marketing, professional advocacy, public relations, events, social media, content partnerships, cooperations with online media, CSR brand activities, non-standard projects) in collaboration with Brand and Digital Managers and support of PPD Advocacy Manager.
- Assisting Brand, Digital and Advocacy Managers to Prepare & Execute annual engagement strategy. Define and enhance the managed Brands Social presence. Drive activation to boost advocacy content supporting the brand priorities and positioning
- Plan and manage the brands influencers activity.
- Coordination of brand communication, lead or/and support brand equity projects via Advocacy touchpoints - per campaign or/and as always-on activities
- Co-creation with Brand and Digital Managers of the integrated marketing campaigns based on analytical data.
- Developing local communities - brand follower base, influencers, ambassador programs, journalists
- Increasing social interactions by supporting social media strategy – advocacy content for social media, engaging consumers
- Cooperating with Digital Managers on monitoring, analyzing, synthesizing campaign data and providing recommendations - usage of internal marketing tools and reports to implement performance approach in advocacy area
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver plan execution (brief, follow-up, keeping timings)
- Cooperate with Digital Manager, Brand Managers, Education (online) Managers
- Ensure that we push innovation and best practice in influencers and staying up to date with industry best practices and innovations, sharing learnings.
You’re the perfect match if you have:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, where power brands are part of your everyday work and you like to discover new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use
- Experience in creating and executing influencers strategy and content
- Min. 2 years affinity with social campaign management also with influencers management
- Ability to design/develop, lead, summarize projects with the participation of many stakeholders – influencer clubs, events, seedings, ect.
- Consumer-centric approach and know how to build equity through social interactions
- Flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented approach
- Strong communication and networking skills - You like to work with people and you see yourself as a team player
- Digital savvy and creative innovation seeker mindset with optimistic and can-do attitude
- Preferably, experience in working on beauty industry
- Fluency in English and Polish
