What You Will Learn:

  • Optimizes information, physical & financial flows along the whole Supply Chain, inclusive of contract manufacturing strategy development
  • Oversee all Supply Chain activities ensuring team alignment between the CMSC (Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain) team and other departments within the plant (production, quality, subcontracting) and with GBSC/BSC (Brand supply Chain)
  • Collaborate with Global Brand Supply Chain (GBSC) to define processes.
  • Contribute to the budget construction by validating the Supply Chain assumptions, the production plan, procurement needs and stocks hypothesis. Size the resources required to get the activity done.
  • Oversee launch activities with the Development and Launch team to guarantee feasibility of the plan.
  • Oversee the production planning process with the team ensuring the optimal balance between network capacity and customer demand. 
  • Build strong relationship with suppliers and define Supply Chain parameters, fostering flexibility and reactivity projects. 
  • Set objectives and animate key performance indicators within Open Manufacturing. 
  • Manage inventory levels, service levels, and maintain a consistent manufacturing operation.
  • Recruit, develop and manage team. Ensure the transfer of knowledge and develop expertise within the team. Implement organizational changes.
  • Masters Quality, EHS, Finance & Supply Chain standards. Participate in implementing the QSHE policy of the site.
  • Interacts effectively Innovates and generates best practices and shares across the zone. 
  • Manages cross-zoneand/or cross-functionalprojects, influencing and coordinating with other teams. 
  • Trains and provides leadership to managers/directors at other plantsor functions. 
  • Builds skills in others, mentors, influencesandis a sought-after advisorofpeersand teams. 
  • Drives performance through organizational assessment, structuring, and resource management and development.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA Preferred
  • Ten (10)+ years’ supply chain experience in a fast paced, complex manufacturing environment
  • Experience driving business results in Customer Service and Cost
  • Experience developing and executing against operating budgets
  • Proven leadership skills, project management skills and business acumen
  • Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices; both oral and written
  • Experience leading the development and successful implementation of complex projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, evaluate risk, and employ excellent judgment in making effective and timely decisions.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, versatility and negotiation skills necessary to operate with organizational savvy across functional work teams
