A Day in the Life 

As the e-Boutique Manager for Kérastase, you will join our Professional Products team and be at the heart of our digital success. You will be responsible for driving our D2C revenue ambitions by owning the brand website’s performance, from strategic planning to daily operations, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for our customers.

  • Strategic Growth & Planning: Design and execute the D2C strategy, build the promotional calendar, and identify new growth opportunities through conversion rate optimization and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Website & Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the website, including online merchandising, user experience, and stock forecasting to ensure operational excellence.
  • Performance & Analytics: Manage, analyze, and report on key e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate and bounce rate, translating data into actionable insights to drive performance.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with internal teams, local agencies, and global counterparts to implement best practices across search, content, and ratings and reviews, ensuring our digital presence is best-in-class.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong capability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user journey.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Commercial Drive: A results-oriented approach focused on meeting sales forecasts and maximizing revenue through strategic online activations.
