We are currently seeking a Temporary Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team for a 6-month assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for handling POSM development for L'Oreal Paris Skin & Make Up, ensuring that our products are showcased in the most visually appealing and impactful way.

You will....

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for L'Oreal Paris Skin & Make Up products.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all visual merchandising materials are of the highest quality and align with our brand standards.
• Utilize your strong sense of aesthetics to create visually stunning displays that capture the attention of our customers.
• Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of visual merchandisers, ensuring that all projects are executed flawlessly and on time.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and retail partners, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of visual merchandising initiatives.

You have...

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field around 5-7 years
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage projects and teams.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and software.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and familiarity with L'Oreal Paris products is a plus.
