A Day in the Life

As a Graduate Trainee, you will embark on an exciting rotational program designed to develop you into a future leader at L'Oréal. You will gain hands-on experience across various functions and divisions, contributing to real business challenges and projects from day one.

• Rotate Through Key Functions: Immerse yourself in diverse departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to gain a 360-degree view of our business.
• Drive Real Impact: Contribute to strategic projects, support product launches, and analyze business performance to help us stay ahead in the dynamic beauty market.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work alongside diverse, expert teams and receive dedicated mentorship to accelerate your development and build a strong professional network.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking ambitious and curious individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the potential to become future leaders. You are a natural collaborator, eager to learn, and ready to make a tangible impact.

• A final-year student or recent graduate from a university.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Agility: You thrive in a dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to new challenges and teams.
• Collaboration: You are a strong team player who can build relationships and work effectively with others.
• Project Management: You are organized and capable of managing tasks and priorities to achieve project goals.
