Join our 3-month summer internship program (July – September) in the luxury world of L'Oréal Luxe! We are looking for an ambitious and proactive intern to help us merge commercial goals with sustainability and eco-friendly practices by supporting key operational projects.
Key Responsibilities & Projects:
• Eco-Sets Initiative: Co-lead the "eco-sets" initiative in collaboration with the Key Account Manager, Retail Design & Merchandising Director, and suppliers, driving sustainable packaging solutions for one of our key retail partners.
• Merchandising & GWP Slow Movers Optimization: Support creative projects focused on repurposing and maximizing the potential of slow-moving merchandising materials and Gift With Purchase (GWP) items.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze monthly progress across all Green Squad & Point of Sale Materials (POSM) optimization initiatives to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Apply if you are:
• A student or recent graduate of marketing, business management, environmental studies, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken – essential for daily collaboration with partners and internal systems).
• Highly analytical, comfortable working with numbers and data, with a strong command of MS Excel.
• An excellent communicator with great organization skills, who feels confident cooperating with multiple stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Directors, external suppliers).
• Proactive, creative, and genuinely interested in sustainability, circular economy, and green business trends.
