Store Manager Kiehl’s Brussels

For our Kiehl’s flagship store in Toison d’Or (Brussels), we are eager to connect with a passionate Store Manager.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the store's targets, motivating and developing the team, and managing the daily store operations.


You will…

  • Be responsible for delivering excellent service in line with Kiehl's values.
  • Be responsible for the store's results, budget, inventory, and achieving targets.
  • Be responsible for effectively deploying the team and utilizing their collective and individual skills.
  • Evaluate the team's performance and staffing needs, and develop your team.
  • Be responsible for all store operations, consistency, and compliance with regulations.


Your Profile

Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Passion for beauty and skincare.
  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Able to independently solve complex problems.
  • Independent, yet also a team player.
  • Flexible in working hours (working weekends and evenings).
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • You are available for 40 hours per week.
