In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). Key responsibilities
Be at the forefront of driving online sales and optimizing the customer experience on the #1 e-commerce website of L’Oréal Canada in revenue!
Play a pivotal role in shaping our product and promotion launch strategies on LDB Partner Shop! This platform is our division's B2B e-commerce website, specifically catering to our network of professionals buying our brands. You'll collaborate closely with the digital and marketing teams supporting SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend your entrepreneurial spirit with cutting-edge digital practices, directly impacting the growth of two of our most sought-after brands within L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty. You will also represent Canada with the global stakeholders to test and validate new platform enhancements and features. Own your impact with a best-in-class team!
- Merchandising Execution: Manage the setup of promotions and new product detail pages (PDPs) and landing pages using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Execute product catalog updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all brands. Activate site personalization features and configure Einstein recommendations within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Content Management & Optimization: Develop and implement compelling digital content strategies, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to create impactful visual assets and engaging content. Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in content and user experience.
- Platform Optimization & Maintenance: Maintain and optimize the platform for peak performance. This includes implementing A/B testing, managing site quotas, activating pop-up strategies, and ensuring platform excellence (tagging, SEO). Actively participate in monthly QA sessions with the global team to test and validate new platform enhancements and features. Proactively identify and log technical issues.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making. Develop and present regular reports on platform performance and merchandising effectiveness. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve the overall customer experience.
Professional &Technical Competencies
- 2+ years of experience in a digital role (e-commerce, IT, or digital marketing), with proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Google Analytics for data analysis and report generation.
- Proven ability in innovative problem-solving within a dynamic digital landscape.
- Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), enabling effective partnerships and interactions with diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Fluency in French and English is ideal (written and spoken), with Mandarin language skills being a plus to be able to discuss with our stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
