The role of advocacy is key in our marketing strategy at L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty. Therefore, we are looking for a Social Brand Manager La Roche Posay to grow love brands.
About you:
Within this role you will be driving paid partnerships & campaigns. You develop & deliver the strategic plan for advocacy, with a focus on advocacy content, building direct relationships with influencers & key opinion leaders in the industry, driving share of influence, views, engagement, and overall brand love. You will pioneer the advocacy strategy in the Benelux in line with the international strategy. You know how and when to leverage the power of advocacy, you know how to find the right influencers while coming up with (local) relevant hooks to create the best influencer engagement and you use your analytic mindset to learn and evolve with every concept. You will be part of a digital savvy community of experts, reporting to the Advocacy & Media Manager, while working together with the marketing community.
Your responsibilities:
- You create and manage the advocacy brand calendar on PR, seeding and eventing, aligned with the Product Brand Managers.
- You coordinate brand events, influencer loyalty programs, brand purpose activations and on-trend seedings
- You strengthen the brand position in advocacy by identifying the right (medical) influencer profiles to connect to our brands
- You pioneer on medical advocacy for LDB, together with the other Social Brand Manager, working cross team
- You build a strong network of influencer relations with key profiles & rising talents that fit our brands
- You are always looking for the latest trends and keep on innovating to secure our leading position in beauty.
- You contribute to the growth on brand love metrics including share of influence, engagement and awareness, tracking and reviewing performance to further optimize our strategy.
- Your entrepreneurial spirit will lead the brand into new digital territories while pro-actively sharing best practices within the organization
- You will work together with PR and influencer agencies
- You collaborate with a wide marketing & digital community to ensure seamless consumer paths to purchase.
Competences:
- Social Native – you know the social media landscape and its ‘stars’ by heart
- Creative and always up to date on the latest trends in beauty and social media
- You are passionate about skincare and interested in the medicality of the brands
- A network of influencers in beauty & lifestyle
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in influencer marketing/ PR
- You have an analytical mindset and a data driven approach to advocacy
- A flexible mindset that fits the fast Beauty FMCG business
- You act with respect to the L’Oréal for the Future commitments
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French is a must
- A completed WO Master
