As an Apprentice Sustainability Project Assistant, you will join a dynamic team at the heart of the L’Oréal Luxe Division. Working hand-in-hand with the Sustainability Director, you will play a key support role in coordinating our "L'Oréal for the Future" roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to see how a global leader transforms its business model while gaining gradual exposure to strategic projects and international stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will be centered around:

• Strategic Presentations: You will contribute to preparing clear and impactful communications for high-level internal meetings, learning to synthesize complex information.
• Sustainable Commercial Coordination: You will assist in rolling out our "green" joint business plans with retailers, by collecting data from different geographical zones.
• Circularity Tracking: You will support our Refill Growth Strategy by monitoring KPIs and identifying best practices from our brands for global sharing.
• Market Intelligence: You will conduct regular benchmarks on competitors' sustainability programs and emerging trends to provide the team with fresh ideas.

We are looking for individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to challenge the status quo. You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Great interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate comfortably with different functions (Marketing, Commerce, Sustainability experts).
• A strong capacity for analysis and synthesis to turn complex data into structured summaries.
• A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to bring new perspectives.
• A degree equivalent to 3 years of higher education (Bac+3) and fluency in English, which is essential for our international scope.
• A strong command of PowerPoint and Excel.
