Position: Artistic Portfolio and Creative Manager
Reports to: L’Oréal Professionnel National Training Manager
Location: HO Mumbai
Summary:
The Artistic portfolio and creative Manager is a strategic role in strengthening the artistic edge of L’Oréal Professionnel brand in India. In this individual contributor role, you will define, organize and ensure delivery of the artistic education roadmap, scouting local artistic talent to build education capability and drive advocacy online and offline.
ARTRISTIC VISION
- Defining and implementing the artistic vision of L’Oréal Professionnel in cooperation with internation and local stylists.
- Defining the right artistic roadmap in collaboration with the marketing team and taking into account the needs of the field team.
- Identifying the right profiles of international Artistic Stakeholders (in cooperation with the DMI) and onboarding them for the training session/masterclass or shows in India;
- Preparing and sharing detailed brief of reason to train, expected subjects and outcomes.
- Ensure adequate communication with different stakeholders (Paris team, Zone team and local teams- brand and education-)
- Calendarization of the year in quarters taking into account :
- Needs of the local teams
- Budgets available
- Management of the local artistic existing team of ambassadors
- Assess & ensure training of the existing team
- Plan education sessions (masterclass, L&L, S&D, shows…) with artistic (depending on their technical skills) of Indian hairdressers
- Coordinate day to day operational activities
ARTISTIC TALENT SCOUT
- Be a talent finder for LP India to create a pool of artistic talents and train them to join our pepiniere program (in coordination with the regional teams)
- Re-ignite and animate the pepiniere program to prepare the next set of LP Indian ambassadors
PORTFOLIO ARTIST MANAGEMENT
- Right organization of the artistic trainings in region
- Sharing the right eligibility of the participants for each IPA and National Artist trainings, and sharing of the Artist Profile with the relevant zone teams (creation and updation of Artistic
- Coordinating between the International/National Artist and the zones for a smooth and productive session.
- Introduction and translation of the International and National artist to the participants whenever accompanied. post of the session on the techniques taught and sharing it with all India.
- Measuring impact and stylists/owners and Artist feedback (quality of training and of participants)
- P&L of artist, contracts and any communication of rules to artists.
- Working with Marketing team during Indian Hairdressing Aawards for Artist coordination, look book , trend collection for recipes, products and step by step.
- Lead Internal team training – cut and style upgradation. Post artist trainings, sharing of the technique with all India team(Short online sessions)
- Lead content shoot and social media handle with the right content strategy
