L'Oréal CZ/HU/SK, a beauty tech leader based in Prague, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for its L'Oréal Luxe (LL) division to build and manage key client relationships while driving business growth and achieving targets. 

L'Oréal Luxe offers a prestigious portfolio of high-end fragrance, skincare, and makeup brands, including iconic names like Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Kiehl's or Lancôme, appealing to discerning consumers with a focus on quality and exclusivity.


As Key Account Manager you will: 
  • Under the supervision of Sales Director, builds the joint business plan with relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities
  • Granulate the JBP into full year KPIs and growth drivers between Luxe and the client.
  • Define the new trends and business growth opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Responsible for the P&L of the client down to client margin
  • Build, accurately turnover planning and achieve the client (s) results that are in line with healthy SIT policy: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly. 
  • Analyze daily / monthly SO results and build drive immediate action plan creation.
  • Prepare and lead the client negotiations and other strategic meetings with the support of CD, escalating when relevant. 
  • Build a clear strategy strategy / vision on the client with respect to Division and category/brand/ retail strategy. Co-build O+O action plans together with mrkt teams and ensure it execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.
  • Ensure a strong relationship with the client focused on mutual opportunities to make sure we will keep our position as a preferred partner. 
  • Cooperate closely with other departments (Supply, finance, marketing). Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Oréal counterpart. Ensure the consistency of L’Oréal voices when speaking to the retailer. 
  • Supervise the junior team members with the goal of developing future seniors.

We are looking for:
  • Min 5-year experience in sales (preferably on KAM position)
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak language and English
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with advanced project management experience navigating complex, dynamic environments
  • Analytical abilities to interpret data, draw conclusions, formulate recommendations, and present findings effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI is essential
  • Creative problem-solver, customer-focused, flexible, open-minded, proactive, and entrepreneurial
