WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on various HR topics, providing guidance and support throughout their journey at L'Oréal
  • Assist in the implementation of talent processes, including performance reviews, career development discussions, and succession planning
  • Contribute to and support a variety of HR projects, from employee engagement surveys to diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Help track and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decisions for your business unit
  • Represent and promote our culture, spearheading initiatives that support employee engagement, well-being, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Support and guide teams through transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering an agile and resilient workforce

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Min 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
  • Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills in English
