A/ Key Job Accountabilities:
- Manage Brand on the platform (including D2C website & Tiktokshop) to deliver business expectations
- Build up online business strategy of LDB’s brand (LRP, Vichy, CeraVe and SkinCeuticals) across online channels including D2C & Tiktokshop
- Manage online monthly and yearly targets in terms of sales, channel awareness and P&L.
- Build up strong commercial team to excellent monthly online business plan, promotional campaigns and commercial offers across online platforms.
- Ensures that the online brand presence by cooperating with E-MKT and Brand team for media strategy and online activities.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensure website UX/UI.
- Work closely with operation team to ensure customer experience across online platforms in term of delivery and after sales service.
- Build up strong and skillful customer service team to enhance online consultant which deliver the best service to consumer.
- Drives relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own activities and partners.
- Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase. KPIs: revenue, traffic, CR, speed-to-market, promotion budget
B/ Professional & Technical Competencies:
- University degree
- Digital savvy, e-commerce obsession
- Very good in teamwork & self-motivated
- Good communication
- Strong negotiation.
- Business driven mindset to drive sales growth.
- Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
- Platform (TTS) understanding is a plus
- Working experiences in e-commerce at least 3 years
- Good English communication.
