A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead a dedicated commercial planning team to develop best-in-class O+O (Online + Offline) sales forecasts and commercial strategies for the Consumer Products Division in Thailand. This is a key leadership role where you will transform data into actionable growth plans, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Drive the accuracy of monthly sales forecasts, analyze performance, and ensure alignment with the overall business cycle.
  • Commercial Strategy & Insights: Generate actionable market and competitor insights, develop planning scenarios, and identify new commercial opportunities to drive the business forward.
  • Activation Management: Oversee the promotional calendar and library, ensuring all promotional forecasts are reliable and effectively integrated into demand plans.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Coach and develop your team, challenge and support Key Account Managers on forecast construction, and lead cross-functional alignment to support key commercial decisions.

  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to conduct in-depth analysis and scenario planning.
  • Business & Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, enabling you to identify risks and opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to collaborate with and influence diverse teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • People Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Agility: A structured yet flexible approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand and requires fluency in English. Experience with advanced Excel/Power BI is essential.
