 Regional Sales Manager - Ottawa

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales consultants in a territory while supporting and providing your team with the training needed to increase their sales targets. The regional sales manager is also responsible for maintaining relationships with important clients and training sales representatives to oversee various accounts.

Key responsibilities:

 • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.

•Coaching and leading sales consultants to achieve their sales goals and targets.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.

•Field days with direct reports

•Ensuring the sales team complies with company policies.

•Prepare, Present, and lead sales plan for their team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and industry professionals.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the assigned region.

•Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the beauty or salon professional industry, with a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically develop new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and comfortable utilizing social media platforms for business.
