Sales Representative, Professional Products Division

As a Sales Representative in our Professional Products Division, you will be a key business partner to some of the best salon artists across Greece. You will be responsible for driving the performance and development of our partner salons, acting as a true brand ambassador and ensuring our products and services reach their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and lead commercial relationships with your clients, creating and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Champion Brand Excellence: Ensure the perfect execution of our brand image and merchandising standards at every point of sale, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong, win-win relationships with salon owners, conducting regular developmental discussions to track performance and identify growth activities like training and activations.
  • Analyze and Strategize: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide quality reports and insights, helping to shape our commercial strategy.

To succeed in this role, you demonstrate:

  • Business Acumen: You understand market dynamics and can identify key business opportunities to drive growth for both L'Oréal and your clients. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics or relevant field.
  • Sales & Commercial Orientation: You have 2-3 years of experience in developing and implementing effective sales plans to meet ambitious targets, preferably in beauty and/or FMCG.
  • Negotiation skills: You can effectively manage commercial discussions to create mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Centricity: You excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships founded on trust and shared success.
  • Advanced Communication & Problem Solving skills: You focus on growth with strong ability to demonstrate resilience. You are fluent in Greek, and business-level proficient in English.
