Sales Analyst – L'Oréal Professional Products
Main Mission:
To serve as the analytical and strategic engine driving commercial excellence across all our channels. You will transform complex data into actionable insights. This role is the essential bridge between business strategy, data analysis, and point-of-sale activation, ensuring that every decision is data-driven and every action generates a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Strategy
- Contribute to the strategy of each channel by extracting market, brand, and customer insights to maximize performance.
- Analyze channel performance and commercial incentives, preparing summaries and strategic recommendations.
2. Business Intelligence and Actionable Reporting
- Work closely with the CDAO team to build and maintain tracking dashboards that facilitate real-time commercial decision-making.
- Translate business needs into clear analyses, conducting ad hoc studies to solve complex issues and discover growth opportunities.
3. Sales Team Support and Empowerment
- Act as the primary analytical support point for the sales team, resolving queries and providing the necessary data for their daily operations.
- Lead the management and adoption of key tools through training, content creation, and strategic communication of priorities and incentives.
4. Data Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Foster a culture of data quality among field teams, ensuring the correct collection of key information (competitor data, market intelligence).
- Act as a change agent, participating in the analyst community to share best practices and propose innovative solutions that optimize sales processes.
Skills:
- Strategic and Commercial Vision: Deep commercial sensitivity and a solid understanding of the B2B business and its channels. Ability to design activation strategies that have a direct impact on results.
- Technical and Analytical Mastery:
- Expert level in data visualization tools (especially Power BI) and the creation of intuitive, powerful dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Analytical, structured, and rigorous mind, with a passion for solving complex problems and a 100% data-driven orientation.
