We are looking for a Sales Administrator, to join the commercial team and help shaping the future of the Beauty shopping experience in the fastest growing retail channel. You will work closely with the Sales Leadership team transforming data into actionable insights and collaborating with appropriate functions based on the Commercial, Brands Finance and Supply chain priorities. You will be responsible for analyzing various data sources to help decision makers to drive business activity.
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager PPD, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating Commercial Representatives to help the teams develop long-term growth strategy on all channels of distribution.
You will…
- Act as a key contact person with Field teams in key operational activities (customer base, orders, SFA, etc).
- Handles customers’ orders process in SAP in alignment with Supply Chain.
- Monitor monthly closing with Finance and Supply Chain.
- Maintain Customer Data Hierarchy and work with Database Manager to update it in SAP and Sales Force Automation ( SFA).
- Organize commercial terms with Sales, Finance and Data Management.
- Finalize written commercial contracts and organize the uploading to the customers.
- Support the opening and closing of POS including contractual aspects.
- Be the Key contact person for SFA. Maintain and Develop projects in cooperation with IT and third-party providers.
- Solve any technical issues of SFA with third party administrator.
- Maintain and handle data management of Selective Distribution Agreements & Contracts.
- Update price list with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Management) and support registration.
- Send to the customers Newsletters and the updated price list.
- Handle commercial team Purchase Orders.
- Participate in Cycle preparation and maintain sales team quates (promos, launches and PLV material).
- Participate in weekly Sales Meeting to monitor the monthly progress on the Key Commercial activities. Cooperate with Sales Analyst to Consolidate and Synthesize Sales Data from SFA and Boost.
- Present to the Sales Team commercial data aspects.
- Build a deep intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders within Division, Cross divisional and within L’Oreal Group.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data management.
- Calculate and submit the Monthly Commercial Bonus based on Bonus Scheme

- Excellent analytical skills. Expert in Xcel and Power BI.
- Capacity to synthetize data and communicate effectively
- Passion for collaboration and teamwork. Ability to influence

- BA degree/and master’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Business or Commercial analytics/reporting role
- Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal)
