Scope and Relationships

·        Based in Dubai, 80% of travel to Doha, Qatar.

·        Expected weekly travel and presence in shops according to business needs.

·        Representing the full L'Oréal Group Brands portfolio.

·        All shops in HIA Airport (6 keys shops. 10 access shops. 12 express locations)

·        Reports to the Regional Business Manager based in Dubai.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial and Client Partnership

·        Responsible for the sales performance of the full L'Oréal Portfolio with RBM.

·        Maximize portfolio complementarity by cross-selling plan between brands 

·        Follow up, set up, and monitor promotions, incentives, and animations.

·        Reporting and analysis. 

·        Support negotiations to develop strong relationships with Qatar Duty-Free

·        Manage and Control Budgets to maximize it

Team Management

·        Lead, manage, and coach teams to achieve sales targets and group ambitions 

·        Set, communicate, and ensure the monthly, and weekly targets and objectives.

·        Monitor, report and follow up on BAs performances to build a specific and personal plan to grow and develop skills.

·        In charge of BA recruitment and development.

Retail Merchandising and Marketing

·        Lead the retail excellence battle by implementing the right assortment for each brand plans 

·        Furniture and merch maintenance requests, follow-ups, and closure.

· Local-specific animation and work with merchandising QDF team to implement visibility.

·        Operational excellence coordinating O+O+O events and animation activations 

Training

·        Adapt learning material to local specificities and provide field feedback to adapt the material 

·        Execute education programs in line with brand strategy and business objectives to ensure Retail and Service excellence

·        Provide expertise on brands, products, selling methods and services.

REQUIREMENTS

·        5 to 7 years experience in  training (multi-cat) management over 40 BAs, sales, and retail 

·        Entrepreneurial profile: Dynamic, Independent, Organized Leadership 

·        Excellent relationship and communication skills 

·        Problem solver and Process Builder

·        International Profile with fast adaptability 

·        Available to travel: 80% / 20% in Home Office in Dubai 

·        Languages: Advanced English Mandatory (A big plus Arabic, Chinese, French)

·        Good Level with Office Pack (Ppt, Word, Excel) and Power bi
