A Day in the Life

As a Retail & Education Consultant for our Professional Products Division, you will be a key driver of our success in Brisbane, QLD, achieving retail objectives and elevating the customer experience within our partner locations. You will act as a coach, a brand champion, and a strategic partner, fostering a high-performing retail environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving Retail Success: You’ll use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify opportunities, and coach in-store teams to exceed their sales and service targets.
• Championing the Customer: By analyzing customer shopping preferences, you will educate and empower our retail partners to tailor their approach and create exceptional, individualized beauty experiences.
• Developing Talent: You will play a vital role in coaching and developing In-Store Ambassadors, providing them with the training and feedback needed to become true brand advocates and sales drivers.
• Building Strategic Relationships: You will cultivate strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, including brand teams and retail store management, to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Proven experience in retail sales and team management.
• Exceptional coaching and training skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience using KPIs to drive performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A deep understanding of customer behaviour and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
