L’Oréal, specially our Luxe division, is looking for Retail Design Project Manager (m/f). 

As Retail Design Project Manager, you: 

• are responsible for the visual expression of our brands in all our POS in CZ/SK/HU 
• are owner of visual merchandising in CZ/SK/HU, and main contact to LL team to ensure alignment of all perfumery projects, 
• ensure excellence in brand expression in POS as according to the guidelines and plans provided by Marketing, 
• ensure high quality and consistency on permanent stagings (furniture and PLV) to give our consumers the best experience, improve sell out and brand expression. 

Job description

• Own the order process for non-launch merchandising material with the support of the Sales & Merchandising Assistant. 
• Organize and monitor visual merchandising implementation based on brand guidelines and priorities for both launch and non-launch activities. 
• Define and consolidate planogram strategy with marketing and communicate implementation to the team. 
• Conduct frequent field visits to ensure brand expression and VM details are on point. 
• Coordinate perfumery renovations with MD, KAMs, and RBM for timely installations. 
• Support the Retail Designer team on counter installations and provide feedback on layouts and PLV orders. 
• Collaborate closely with local activation managers and coach them on merchandising strategy implementation. 
• Ensure proper maintenance of our brick-and-mortar stores in collaboration with the Retail Design Team. 
• Coordinate zone visit preparation and support BAMs and RD team in implementing brand podiums and special event areas in-store. 
• Manage the investment budget for the HUB and all countries, working closely with the finance department. 
• Manage the "bible" of installed furniture for all brands and countries, creating a strategy for renovations. 
• Manage all asset activation and collaborate closely with the finance department. 
• Prepare and manage zone reports as a reporting person for Retail Design.
