A Day in the Life
As Product Brand Manager for Garnier Fructis in Romania, you will be a key player in driving the growth and success of a brand committed to accessible and sustainable beauty. Reporting to the Brand Business Leader, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage a dynamic product portfolio and collaborate with diverse teams to bring your ideas to life.
- Contribute to Product Innovation: You will support the development and implementation of the local product roadmap for Fructis, aligning with global brand strategy and identifying opportunities in the Romanian market.
- Drive Brand Performance: You'll manage the brand's performance by analyzing key indicators, contributing to pricing strategies, and tracking budgets to maximize impact.
- Champion the Consumer: By using market research and consumer insights, you will develop targeted product launches and campaigns that resonate with Garnier’s consumers and strengthen brand love.
- Foster Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain) and partner agencies to execute integrated product launches and campaigns that embody Garnier's vibrant identity.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a creative spirit, who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow with us. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are fluent in both Romanian and English. You're a great match if:
- You have min. 3 years of Marketing experience, ideally within the beauty or FMCG industry, with proven involvement in product launches and strategic planning.
- You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market data and consumer insights into actionable strategies.
- You have project management abilities and strong communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You demonstrate an understanding of financial principles and have had exposure to P&L management.
- You have an eagerness to learn, a proactive approach to challenges, and a genuine interest in the beauty market.
