📋 What You Will Do

As a Packaging Engineer, you will be a key creative and technical force, driving the development of our packaging from initial concept to industrial-scale production. You will transform consumer insights into tangible, innovative, and sustainable packaging solutions, ensuring our products delight consumers while meeting our high standards for quality, cost, and timing.

In this role, you will:

• 💡Creative & Innovative Development: Partner with Marketing teams to translate consumer needs into technical solutions, propose creative designs, and scout for new technologies and materials to drive innovation and enhance the perceived value of our products.
• 💻Technical Design & Validation: Lead the technical design, conduct risk analyses, create detailed specifications, and manage the validation process for new packaging, ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• 👥Project & Supplier Management: Manage development projects independently, control schedules to mitigate risks, and collaborate closely with external suppliers to ensure flawless execution from design approval to industrialization.
• 📈Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements for existing products focused on functionality, cost, sustainability, and quality, while ensuring all packaging solutions are optimized for our production lines.

You are a natural problem-solver, able to bridge the gap between creative ideas and technical execution. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready to make a significant impact.

You're a great match if you have:

• An educational background in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Highly experienced in packaging development, particularly with molding technologies, decoration techniques, and secondary/tertiary packaging within the FMCG industry.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and stakeholders from concept to launch.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Innovation & Creativity: A mindset that constantly seeks out new solutions and improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&I, as well as external suppliers.
• Sustainability Acumen: A solid understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental regulations.
