We are looking for a Nordic Media Manager to strengthen the Media team in our Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be reporting to the Divisional Media Lead.
As our Nordic Media Manager, you will be the expert of full-funnel media touchpoints, maximizing investment effectiveness for some of the world’s most beloved household beauty brands. You will be instrumental in democratizing beauty through strategic retail media partnerships and data-driven execution, ensuring our products reach and resonate with consumers across all Nordic digital and physical touchpoints.

- Lead Brand Media Strategy: Develop overarching data-driven media investment strategies aligned with diverse consumer profiles to drive mass-market conversions and brand visibility.
- Manage Agency Relationships: Own the relationship with our media agency, leading briefs, budget coordination, and daily execution to ensure alignment with fast-paced brand priorities.
- Drive Transactional & Retail Media: Oversee the transactional media strategy aligned with Retailer Joint Business Plans, staying ahead of trends in the rapidly evolving retail media landscape.
- Analyze Performance: Execute and evaluate data-powered campaigns, providing actionable insights on content, audience, and platform performance to optimize ROI and turnover.
- Accelerate Data Initiatives: Drive 1P audience growth and data acceleration, prioritizing SEO and SEA strategies to maintain our competitive edge in search and discovery.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Advocacy, Ecommerce Brand Managers, and Brand teams to ensure holistic digital services and "test & learn" engagement across the division.
You are…
- Experienced: You have 3+ years of professional experience specifically within media management, focused on digital media within the FMCG or consumer goods industries.
- A Media Expert: You have in-depth knowledge of full-funnel media activation and a proven track record of developing data-driven strategies for high-reach brands.
- Technically Proficient: You are skilled in media performance management and platforms like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Results-Oriented: You have a proactive, entrepreneurial approach and are highly motivated by optimizing ROI in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Organized & Collaborative: You work in a structured manner, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a complex matrix structure where speed-to-market is key.
- Communicative: You are fluent in English (Nordic language skills and local media landscape expertise are a plus).
