Your Mission

As the Nordic Brand Activation Manager for Lancôme your main objective is to drive the optimal retail-facing execution of the brand strategy with the aim always to maximize sell-out and market share, but never to compromise on brand values and ROI. Collaborating with Commercial teams, Brand teams, Supply Chain, and Finance you will be at the heart of Lancôme’s activation strategy ensuring that the brand resonates across the Nordics and elevate brand presence in the region overall. You lead a talented team of 5 individuals and you will report directly to the Business Unit Director.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Activation Excellence: Define and implement the go-to-market strategy and build a 360° activation plan across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and priorities.
  • Distribution Strategy: Shape the brand’s distribution and commercial strategy across retail and e-retail, optimizing presence and market positioning.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use insights to refine plans, measure success, and co-build sell-out projections for budget and trend. Contribute to the investment strategy in line with brand and Nordics targets.
  • Omnichannel Experience: Create seamless consumer journeys by defining the online and offline retail strategy and integrating touchpoints effectively.
  • Brand Adaptation: Localize global strategies to meet Nordic market trends and shopper needs.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering upskilling, prioritization, and operational excellence. Support daily operations and encourage cross-functional collaboration within the Business Unit.


We Are Looking For

You’re a dynamic leader with a passion for brand activation and a knack for stakeholder management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of empathy for both your team and consumers.

  • Skilled in Activation Excellence, Distribution Channel Strategy Design, Data-Driven Decision Making, Omnichannel Experience Design, and Brand Local Adaptation.
  • You have +5 years of experience in marketing or commercial, preferably from the beauty industry.
  • You have a passion for retail excellence and a good knowledge of the on and offline Nordic retail landscape and trends.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are an experienced Excel-user who enjoys working with numbers.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized in your daily work, with an analytical mindset and a drive to uncover shopper insights.
  • As a person, you value ownership, dedication, and personal development.
  • As a team member, you naturally bolster team spirit and share your enthusiasm.
  • As a leader, you grow your team with drive and empathy, helping them become the best version of themselves.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language.
