A Day in the Life

As the National Sales Manager & Market Lead for Hungary, you will lead the commercial development of our Professional Products Division (PPD) across multiple brands and channels. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director for CZ/HU/SK, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, ensuring robust P&L performance, and fostering strong client relationships. You’ll also develop a high-performing sales organization to achieve excellence in a dynamic and competitive market.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial Strategy & Execution:
    • Define and implement comprehensive commercial strategies and trade policies across B2B channels.
    • Consolidate and manage channel and client P&Ls, ensuring profitability and consistency.
      • Oversee the execution of brand equity initiatives across traditional sales channels.
    • Develop effective incentive systems and learning plans tailored to channel-specific needs.
  • Multibrand Collaboration:
    • Align with Brand Business Leaders on brand-specific sales strategies.
    • Partner with the Business Development Director on category management, multibrand cycles, and merchandising strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Multibrand Education Director to define education strategies and support Education and Business Experts.
  • Sales Management & Team Development:
    • Lead and manage the sales team.
    • Define and execute an upskilling roadmap for the sales team, mentoring and developing talent.
    • Support critical client negotiations to secure favorable outcomes and foster strong relationships.

 

We Are Looking For

You’re a great match for this role if you have:

  • University education; Master's degree
  • At least 8 years of business experience
  • A visionary thinker with extensive knowledge of commercial strategy and omnichannel commerce
  • Proven experience leading large teams with a hands-on, high-energy approach
  • Strong influencing skills and excellent communication abilities to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Solid understanding of B2B Commerce dynamics and financial competencies relevant to sales performance
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
