L'Oréal is excited to announce the second batch of our Career Reconnect Program, a returnship initiative designed to support talented women who have taken a voluntary career break of a minimum of 1 year. This program offers a 6-months (November 2025 – April 2026) paid internship opportunity for individuals looking to reignite their professional journey in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop practical solutions for field-force reporting of non-sales KPIs.
• Build and maintain a high-quality master customer database for the field team.
• Collaborate with area managers to provide actionable insights on field activities to boost performance.
• Lead and support segmentation and targeting processes.
• Serve as a data liaison with third-party partners to analyze campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates who have taken a voluntary career break of a minimum of 1 year.
• Bachelor degree in any major
• Proficient in English
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and a desire to return to work.
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of database fundamentals and data management
• Basic skills in data preparation and communication
• Project coordination and communication abilities
• Excellent communication skills
