LEAD AND DEVELOP LL MEDIA STRATEGY ENSURING CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH CDMO FOR AND WITH BRANDS
Maximize online and offline media investment effectiveness and drive profitable growth for L'Oréal Luxe brands through data-driven campaign execution & strategic retail media partnerships.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
MEDIA STRATEGY & PLANNING
- Develop and implement data-driven media strategy on LL level (portfolio management) aligned with business goals and brand priorities, in collaboration with brand teams and the CDMO.
- Apply the CDMO framework, adapting for Zone, Division, and ROE.
- Put Media ecosystem at heart of marketing activities - joining the dots between BET touchpoints including Advocacy, Owned Media
- In collaboration with BU manage media budget effectively and deliver timely budget files.
- Stay ahead of media trends and innovations, especially in retail media, to optimize campaigns.
- Negotiate favorable rates and execute contracts with media agencies and key partners to maximize ROI.
- Strategize Transactional Media/Retail media agenda as key business partner for CGO & BU teams
MEDIA CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, within-budget campaign delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of online and offline campaigns across platforms, driving sales growth.
- Analyze campaign performance, including retail media, to continuously improve results.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration on digital projects involving media, search, and 1P activation.
- Mentor and develop the brand team's media expertise.
Required Profile & Skills:
- 5+ Years of Experience in Media
- Media Ecosystem Expert: Deep understanding of the 360 Media, media landscape, including digital and media performance management, media strategy design, and "full funnel" consumer database activation.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Mastery of brand KPIs (awareness, ad lift, recall) and consumer knowledge tools (SOEP, Kantar data, trends).
- Strategic Business Partner: Ability to align media strategy with business goals, managing budgets effectively, and possessing strong business relationship management skills.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in search excellence, 1P (first-party) data acquisition, and a strong focus on Transactional/Retail Media.
- Innovative Mindset: Proactive in adopting new technologies and creative problem-solving to stay ahead of media trends.
