L'Oréal CZ/HU/SK, a beauty tech leader based in Prague, is seeking a Media Lead for its Dermatological Division (LDB).
MISSION: Lead and develop the full-funnel media consumer strategy for LDB brands, specifically La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, and SkinCeuticals, with a focus on emphasizing the division's core DNA: medicality.
A Day in the Life
As Media Lead, you will lead and develop the division's total media strategy for all LDB brands in CZ, SK and HU market, ensuring close collaboration with the brands, digital team and CDMO team. You will supervise and steer 360° media planning; drive the full-funnel consumer channel strategy, aligning it with business goals and brand priorities; and oversee the execution of all media campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI while ensuring they reflect the division's core: medicality. You will be the main point of contact for agencies, cross-brand and multi-divisional media projects. This role reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of LDB Division and offers significant influence on media budget allocation.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the division's overall full funnel media strategy, aligning with the CDMO's vision and brand objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to Golden Rules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-brand and multi-divisional digital projects related to media, as well as 1st party data activation. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across brands, divisions, and the agency.
- Upskilling & Development: Upskill brand, commercial and medical teams to enhance their expertise, influencing best practices through guidance and collaboration.
- Media Expertise: Have a deep understanding of media platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Analytical Skillset: Prepare data analysis and reporting, with a focus on ROI and performance optimization.
We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and execution.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A university degree.
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.
