Your Mission
To spearhead the Consumer Product Division strategic framework and drive its execution across all full-funnel media activities (with a primary focus on L’Oréal Paris), ensuring our brands are highly visible, engaging, and effectively recruiting new consumers at every touchpoint.
As Media Manager you will:
- Media Strategy & Planning: Collaborate closely with brand marketing teams to understand their business priorities and execute full-funnel media planning activations (encompassing Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion), working hand-in-hand with our media agency.
- Consumer Centricity & Recruitment: Design and execute campaigns with a strong "consumer-first" mindset, leveraging insights to recruit new consumers to the L'Oréal portfolio and maximize brand equity.
- Agency & Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with the media agency, overseeing campaign strategy, daily activation, and continuous performance optimization.
- Retail Media Acceleration: Strategically plan, execute, and optimize Retail Media initiatives in close collaboration with the E-commerce and Commercial teams to drive conversion and digital shelf visibility.
- Data & ROI Advocacy: Champion media-related initiatives by ensuring the implementation of different learnings and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) insights. Drive active participation in test-and-learn initiatives and the Global Learning Agenda in cooperation with the divisional Head of Media and the CDMO team.
- AI Integration & Digital Innovation: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze consumer trends, generate actionable media insights, and optimize daily workflows (e.g., rapid brief drafting, competitor analysis).
- Advocacy & Creator Amplification: Strategically amplify creator-led and influencer content across various digital channels to enhance core Advocacy & Influence (A&I) KPIs.
- Storytelling & Reporting: Become the resident expert in media reporting tools, translating complex media metrics into compelling business narratives (Storytelling) to influence, align, and inspire key stakeholders.
- Search Engine Optimization & Generative Web: Spearhead the acceleration of 1P audience and data activation, prioritizing Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) under the guidance of the Media Lead and CDMO team.
- Digital Services Integration: Drive the success of digital services (e.g., virtual try-ons, skin diagnostics) within media campaigns, achieving discoverability and high completion rate objectives.
What we are looking for:
Key Functional Skills & Experience
- Proven Media Expertise: Solid experience in media planning and digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector or a digital/media agency.
- Platform & Tool Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern media tools, ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic), and web analytics.
- Retail Media Knowledge: Practical understanding or experience in managing Retail Media campaigns.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong capabilities in data analysis, interpretation of media metrics, and translating insights into action.
- Strategic & Critical Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, optimize "bets" for maximum ROI, and translate brand strategies into flawless executions.
- AI & Technology Savvy: Practical experience in using LLMs and AI tools to enhance daily productivity and generate insights.

- Language: Fluent in Polish and communicative English (written and spoken) is required.
