JOB TITLE Designation: Manager, CIO Office and Transformation Officer

A Day in the Life As a Manager for IT Governance & Transformation, you will join our CIO Office and Transformation team at the India Tech Hub in Hyderabad. You will play a pivotal role in driving the disciplined execution of our IT programmes, ensuring our Beauty Tech ambition becomes a reality by establishing clear governance, transparent reporting, and inspiring change across the organization.
• Drive Governance & Execution: You will organize and facilitate key governance meetings, ensuring decisions are translated into clear actions that you will track through to completion, ensuring compliance with our global standards.
• Monitor & Report with Clarity: You will monitor programme delivery, track progress, and provide a consolidated view of all activities for CIO leadership. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using impactful dashboards and reports.
• Lead Strategic Communication: You will be in charge of preparing compelling executive-level presentations and reports, ensuring consistent and coordinated messaging that supports senior leadership decision making.
• Champion Transformation: Acting as a change champion, you will foster the adoption of new ways of working and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive transformation initiatives.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly experienced and analytical leader who can bring structure to a fast-paced environment and inspire confidence through clarity and disciplined execution.
• Proven expertise in programme governance and PMO practices, ideally within a CIO office or enterprise-level IT function.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, create impactful dashboards (Power BI, Excel), and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage senior stakeholders and influence across functions without direct authority.
• An agile and resilient mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity and driving change. • Your core skills for this role are IT Governance, Project & Programme Management, Stakeholder Management, Data Analysis & Reporting, and Change Management.
