Job Title: Sr. Product Manager– La Roche-Posay - LDB

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Orchestrate new product launches while driving the growth of key pillar products to strengthen brand presence in the couture beauty market. 

The scope includes planning new launch campaigns strategically, initiating marketing programs and execution, reporting market trends, and sales analysis.

1. New Launch & 360° Marketing Strategy
   • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
   • Scientific Communication & Medicalization: Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing programs (On & Off-line) including medical-led initiatives to ensure a consistent and engaging consumer brand experience.
   • Launch Excellence: Lead all aspects of local product development and launch plans, from concept localization to retail pricing strategy.
   • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results and ROI for key pillar products, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders to optimize future strategies.
     
     
2. Product Lifecycle, Forecast & Business Management
   • Demand Planning: Responsible for precise sales forecasting and inventory management (saleable, testers, and samples) to ensure healthy stock levels and KPI achievement.
   • Portfolio Optimization: Orchestrate the product lifecycle including promotional set, and phase-out plans.
   • Operation Excellence: Coordinating with the SCM to ensure product availability in alignment with the marketing calendar.
     
     
3.  Communication skills
   • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with SCM, Sales, Digital Communication, Merchandising, RA, and Legal teams to align on business priorities.
   • Stakeholder Management: Present clear business cases and strategies to local and regional management.
   • Entrepreneurial Ownership: A proactive problem-solver with an agile mindset, capable of managing priorities effectively in a fast-evolving market.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Years of Experience: +4-5 years
• Experience: 
  • +3-5 years solid marketing experience in a consumer brand (Preferably in beauty industry)
  • Proactive and solution oriented, strong planning and project management skills
  • Good time management, ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Creative and communicative, collaborative, curious and take initiatives
  • High level of attention to detail
• Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
• Other Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PPT
