At L'Oréal Poland-Baltic HUB you will get ownership of our commercial business partners. You will have the responsibility for the important part of our business and you will be reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager.
As Key Account Manager you will:
- Take ownership of assigned clients' Profit & Loss (P&L) and expertly negotiate commercial terms within established budgets.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with your key clients, collaboratively negotiating and aligning on annual joint business plans that drive mutual growth.
- Analyze local market, key players and set up CPD Business Plan for CPD.
- Establish and implement annual plans in line with the Division’s strategy.
- Coordinate of operational activities related to the listing of new products etc.
- Address the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brands.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Demand Planning, and Business Development, ensuring alignment and maximizing synergies.
You're a perfect match if you:
- Have minimum 3 years of experience in commercial role within international company.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Management, Economics, etc.).
- Are skilled negotiator with strong strategic approach.
- Are used to work on Clients’ P&L.
- Are familiar with newest trends and have ability to predict them.
- Are analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Point.
- Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills.
- Are good planner with excellent project management skills.
- Are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
- Hold a valid Driver's License (B).
