A Day in the Life

As a Senior Key Account Manager for our Dermatological Beauty Division, you will lead our commercial strategy within the critical wholesaler channel. You will own and elevate the strategic relationship with major national accounts, including distributors like Nadro and key regional pharmacies, driving our mission to bring life-changing dermatological solutions to consumers across Mexico.

You will be responsible for:

  • Spearheading the creation and execution of ambitious joint business plans to exceed sales and market share objectives.
  • Acting as a key strategic partner for our top accounts, building influential relationships at senior levels to drive mutual growth.
  • Leading complex annual negotiations on commercial agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for L'Oréal and our partners.
  • Providing deep analysis and strategic insights on sales performance and market dynamics to guide divisional strategy.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the sales team, sharing best practices for the wholesaler channel.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic commercial leader. You possess an expert understanding of the wholesale channel in Mexico and have a distinguished track record of managing and growing major accounts like Nadro and regional pharmacy groups. You are a natural leader who can drive results and develop talent.
