A Day in the Life
This is an exciting 12-month internship opportunity for a recent graduate to join our NAFS Supply Chain team in South Brunswick, NJ. As a Jr. Supply Chain focused on Continuous Improvement, you will partner with various operations and business teams on key strategic projects that have a direct and lasting impact on our Distribution Center's performance.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally and use our daily operational systems to identify insights and drive efficiency. Your responsibilities will be gathered into key areas:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve process flows, contributing to projects like cycle time reduction and labor management system enhancements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and manage insightful reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Project Implementation: Develop clear work instructions and training materials for floor staff on new methods, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with teams across Safety (EHS), Inventory Management, Quality, and Order Fulfillment to solve problems and support daily operations.

- A recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Someone with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to drive decisions.
- A natural problem-solver who can effectively troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Skilled in project management, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
- Driven by results, with the agility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
