Our mission is to design, build deploy and maintain solutions to provide the best digital working environment for the chemists dedicated to beauty in our laboratories. 

We leverage cutting-edge technologies (Cloud, API, Container, Algo) and master acceleration tactics (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, UX, DevOps), to foster the digital transformation in Beauty Tech.

As a Product Manager, within a motivated and focused team of 12 people which manages the major R&I repositories (Formula, Raw Materials and Patents) to contribute to innovation and maximize business value, you will take advantage of the acceleration of the digital transformation program to strengthen and develop the Master data around Formulation and the creation of beauty products.

We can summarize your missions in several missions:

  1. Business Needs Analysis & Prioritization : Identify, challenge, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  2. User-Centric Design : Design new applications and features focused on user experience to maximize business value.
  3. Agile Project Leadership : Coordinate, plan, and deliver MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) within an Agile environment, ensuring all technical aspects are solid and reliable.
  4. Governance & Best Practices : Implement and promote project management best practices, ensuring they are well understood and adopted within the team.
  5. Application Delivery & Support : Oversee development, production delivery, and ongoing maintenance, engaging with technical teams to optimize value for users.
  6. Technical Oversight : Coordinate, guide, and challenge development teams in close collaboration with the Tech Lead to ensure adherence to technical guidelines, architecture principles, and delivery of high-quality, relevant code.
  7. Technical Specifications : Actively contribute to drafting clear and precise technical specifications that accurately translate business needs into efficient, scalable, and well-designed solutions.
  8. Testing & Validation : Perform or supervise unit testing, support users during acceptance testing, and ensure overall quality.
  9. Communication & Reporting : Communicate proactively with stakeholders by providing regular status reports on projects and support activities, highlighting risks and proposing action plans.
  10. Transversal Project Coordination : Ensure smooth integration of multiple interfaced projects and effective collaboration across teams.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of software development principles and practices: C#, OOP, SQL databases, object design, REST APIs, refactoring.
  • Proven ability to analyze, challenge, and contribute to functional and technical architecture design, working effectively with Architects and Tech Leads.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and explore new technologies (Cloud, Containerization, DevOps…) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in technical project coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.

Transversal Skills

  • Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships with users and diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and project impediments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to understand, model, and challenge business processes, acting as a key player in digital transformation.
  • Fluent English in a multicultural environment.

Experience

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent university qualification).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, with a strong technical foundation and proven track record in project coordination, technical leadership, and application of management best practices.
